影片讲述了七旬至九旬的华裔女性舞者，从美国旧金⼭的唐⼈街，到古巴哈瓦那的街头，最终抵达中国，她们用舞步串联起一段段跨越国界和时代的故事。。少女安妮从实验室中醒来，发现自己拥有超高格斗术且失去了记忆，同时还被一个陌生男子追杀。安妮在逗比青年李浩然的帮助下摆脱追杀，根据自己脑中破碎的画面追寻自己身份的旅程，事情远没有表面上那么简单，安妮发现每个与其交集的人似乎都有着不可告人的秘密。Ësáasi Eweera, one of the last kings of the Bubi people of the island of Bioko, Equatorial Guinea, and a thorn in the side of the Spanish colonial powers, died in 1904 in mysterious circumstances.
