A part of Joan of Arc's life. At the beginning, Jeanne (Joan) has already left Domremy, she is trying to convince a captain to escort her to the Dauphin. It ends during Jeanne's first battle, at Orleans. Meanwhile, Jeanne is depicted more as a warrior than a saint (all cliches are avoided), with only her faith for strength.。Kat Abernathy must live up to her family name by attending law school and working for her family practice, until she is challenged to create a second identity for herself in order to pursue, defend and protect her passion as a painter.。それぞれの夢や悩みを抱えながら、私立巡ヶ丘学院高校に通う生徒たち。3年生の窪田梢（武田玲奈）と篠原実咲（上原実矩）はコンクールに応募しようとドキュメンタリー作品の制作に忙しく、2年生の原田璃子（森迫永依）は、幼なじみの高城真帆（優希美青）に冷たくされながらも彼女を慕っていた。また演劇部では、仲間との意見の食い違いに悩む3年生の沢渡ゆかり（桜井日奈子）の姿があった。みんな学校生活を頑張りながら、やさしい保健の先生・佐倉慈（おのののか）にそれぞれの悩みを打ち明け、不安な気持ちを紛らわす……そんないつもの日常のなか、突然生徒の悲鳴が放課後の校内に響きわたる。。
